Default Headlight s40 wipers

I have a 01 s40 and the wiper on the drivers side headlight is broke and ina funny positon. It moves occasionally whaen I start the car. Is that a problem with the motor? I know it probably costa an arm and a leg to replace the motor, is it easy to do or could I just disconnect them and if so how do I do that? Thanks

You should see the wiring coming from under the headlight. The plug might be an orange looking plug more of a rust looking color.
