i have a 2001 S40 and Love it, i just recently started having issues with the instrument panel, lighting issues though, everything else works fine! i took it apart and all of the bulbs are good, but the night time in dash lighting wont work either. (gear shift ac lights etc) All the fuses are good, and it came on for a brief moment last night, but now it's dark, the last thing i putin the car before it went wack was a manual boost controller, but that shouldnt do anything..? took it out and panel still wont light. any help? thanks!

 

The dimmer switch might be bad.
