Guys, I have a 2001 S-40 w/ 110,000 miles.. Sometimes the heat works... Sometimes NO HEAT.. What's wrong any ideas???? Thanks Mud

You mean no heat as in warm air, or is the fan blower intermittant?

 

What happens is: Fan motor runs but no heat comes out.... Then it will come out..... Then it won't......???

 

Still unclear if you mean the blower is intermittant or are talking about the temperature of the air. I think you mean this...

If this is your problem, read the full thread there is a very cheap fix for this if you just need to replace a transistor.

 

Problem is that the blower runs but heat comes out intermittently. Sometimes I have heat sometimes not...... Blower seems to be OK..... Thanks
