Default losing power

Okay so I was out beating on my car at lunch. LOL
I seam to be loosing power when I’m on it in second and third gear. It's like a brief hesitation like its not getting gas or something. I have about 80k on the car with the original plugs there next on the list of things to do. Could that be the problem or would it be something else?

I would try the plugs first and see if that fixes it.

Ok I thought that might be part of it. I was also reading on here something about the coils could cause the same type of thing. Should I do them at the same time? There are some on Viva (ugh not sure I’m ready to deal with them again) that claim better performance are they worth it? And are they hard to do? I'm mechanical andnot afraid totake it onbut never really worked too much on cars other than the basics.

absolutely, the coils dont need to be replaced every time the plugs go but if its been that long since the plugs went I would play it safe and do them both at the same time, unless your that tight on money...but the most important thing here is to get new plugs...
