Default NO Heat on Floor?

Just a quick question. Bought my 2006 S40 last week and can't get any heat coming to the floor. The previous owner said he didn't like heat on his feet and never used it. Read the manual and can't figure it out. Looked on the floor and don't even see where the heat would come from. Maybe I'm losing my mind.

Thanks for any help.

Does the climate control have a dial with a picture of a seated person with an arrow pointing to the person's feet? Just turn it from AUTO to that picture and turn up the fan?

Its a push button for the feet. I think it might be a fuse. Thanks

Oh, ok. I have a 2001 so was a WAG. I haven't heard too much about the newer models yet. Don't know if they suffer the same problems as the older ones.
