Are you sure the climate control module needs changing? On a trip to Canada last winter with my 2000 S40, my thermostat stuck open (very cold day), and all the way back from Canada I had no heat (pretty cold in the car but I made it home no problem). Engine temp showed very low during the trip but car is fine. However, had no heat for that trip. Is your car getting to operating temp normally? If not, then there may not be enough residual heat in your car to have heat blown into your cabin by your heating system. I changed my themostat and all was fine after that. Just an idea.
