I have a 2010 S40 with a 1600 petrol engine. The pipe which takes the power steering fluid from the pump to the steering rack has corroded and the power steering no longer works as all the fluid has leaked. The garage that are repairing it have not been able to get a replacement part from Volvo in the UK and it is also not available in Sweden. So I need to source one myself. The mechanic said it may be the same as is used on some Ford cars, but he didn't know for certain. The attached PDF has photos of the pipe.
