Default Replace Rear Passenger Window glass?

Had my right Rear passenger window glass smashed in after a visit to SF in my 2010 S40. I got a new piece of glass from a junk yard but I can't figure out how to replace it.

Any help or guidance to a forum thread would be appreciated! Can't find crap online about replacing the window glass.

Download the VMware VIDA image and the VMware player (both free).

Vida says (it has illustrations):

Removing the rear door window

Remove:
the side panel in the rear seat as described in
the inner and outer weatherstrip
the 7 screws and 2 nuts of the plate bracket
the plate bracket

Note! Use butyl or the like as it is easy to drop the nuts and washers.
Remove the 3 nuts and 3 washers.
Angle the bottom of the window toward the vehicle interior and remove it.
Installation
Installing the rear door window
Note! For tightening torques, see: Tightening torque .
Note! The regulator mechanism should be completely raised.
Note! Two people are required for this task.

Guide in the window.

Install:
the 3 washers
the 3 M6 nuts. Adjust as described in Side window rear, adjusting
the 6 M6 and 1 M8 screws and the 2 nuts of the plate bracket
the plate bracket
the inner and outer weatherstrip
the side panel in the rear seat as described in .

I don't quite know what you are referring to. Kind of new here and I don't know what the VMware VIDA is? Is there a link? I have tried to follow the written directions but it still looks impossible.

VIDA is Volvo Information and Diagnostics for Aftersales software. VMWare is a way to run VIDA in a virtual machine. Basically, VIDA is commercial software for dealers. It has been hacked to allow regular folks to use it but you need specific Windows requirements. Some very smart computer person has found a way for anyone to run VIDA inside a virtual machine, no matter your native Windows version.
