Default Replaced headlight assembly - low beam not working

Hello,
2007 Volvo S40
I replaced the passenger headlight assembly and the low beam light is not working. All other lights in the assembly are working - high beam, turn signal, day light. The fuses seem good - maybe I checked the wrong fuse.
What could be the problem?
Thank you.

Default Check power

How and where do you check the power for left low beam? It is new light assembly and all other lights are working.
Is it possible for only the low beam to stop working on the connector to the assembly or in the CEM?
It is normal halogen light.

Check power at the connector to the bulb with your $4 test light from harbor freight - https://www.harborfreight.com/612v-c...ead-63603.html
