Im not sure if its normal or not but i have been noticing that shifting into the gears have been rough ever since i had the clutch replaced about 4 months ago ? .....

Should i do a clutch fluid flush ?

 

Maybe the clutch system needs to be flushed.

 

Is it basically the same as doing a auto tranny flush??

The problem seems to be the worst when its cold or when i have been driving for atleast an hour or so ..... getting out of gear is smooth getting into the next seems to really need a little force...I will do the flush and update thank you

 

It is not the same as flushing the transmission.
It is a manual transmission correct?

 

Hey so i took the car into volvo and they tried it and said they believe its just how it is ?!?!?

So i said when i start my car in the morning and i have my foot pinned to the wall im pulling so hard i feel like the the shifter is about to snap until it pops into reverse or first thats normal.... They said "maybe its just cold" WHAT !?!?!
i never ever had this problem until they changed my clutch... The weird thing is after i get going for 10 min or so its ok again....

Also when trying to shift into first when i first start the car it makes a winding kind of noise from the engine area ?!?! but everyhing goes away after a few minutes of driving im lost here ....

Also they wat 500 to flush the clutch but they said they dont think it will help .... so

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

There should be a bleeder that you would open and someone presses the pedal down and holds it down till you tighten the bleeder. Then do it again. If you see any air come out then do it till no more air comes out.

It should not act like that.
