Recently the driver side headlight wiper motor on my car stopped working. It will occasionally move when i start/turn off the car. Any thoughts?

Is it difficut to replace the motor? Whats involved & how much $$$?

It is usuall a real pain to replace.

The motors are usually very expensive as well.

 

Thank you for the heads up. I'm probably going to try and remove both headlight wipers. Its a nice feature to have, but certainly not necessary.

 

They certainly do look nice, so maybe you could just disconnect them?

That said, someone from England was looking for the "plugs" they used to make, (or perhaps still do) that filled in the holes left if they were removed or, for that matter, never actually attached to the car.

Kind of like the blank dashboard buttons.

 

Do you know if they sell "plugs" to fill in the holes in the bumper? If so, where?

 

I haven't seen any sold yet.
