S40 Idle issue, stall issue, erratic Idle issue
Guys,
I'm going to link a video I recorded so that you can see and hear the issue rather then me trying to explain it and potentially giving bad info or confusing anyone.
Any input is much appreciated and I appreciate your time.

Not the fuel pressure itself, that is not monitored on the 2000-2004 1.9L engines. But the resulting misfires and lean/rich conditions sure can.
I would suggest an el cheapo Harbor Freight OBD-II code reader and a fuel pressure tester. Not commercial grade stuff for sure but they both work good enough for the home mechanic. Since these are tools you can use them on any car even after the Volvo is history.

Inspection it actually took taking it off. I fixed that and it seems to have fixed it. I would definitely recommend that info to anyone with similar issues as I've spent nearly $400 trying to fix a an inexpensive 2 minute fix. I really appreciate your help and guidance and I really appreciate these forums.

There is another vacuum hose, not just the one connected to the FPR. It's the hose that connects the intake near the throttle body with the front intercooler. It's a large hose and tends to get brittle and snap in two. It's S shaped, about 3/4 inch on one end and 1 inch on the other. There is a part number listed somewhere on the forum.
