S40 t5 issue?
With the recent motor related issues with my Saab 95 aero. I came across a nice little 2004.5 Volvo s40 T5. So far a great little car but I seemed to have run into a little issue.
It seems to just lose power. Just recently I pulled out tires screeching can here the turbo spooling. Then it just falls flat on its face. Can anyone help me out please.

no check engine light present at this time.
The car drives fine but it's just is a snail. On the highway after this happens it will barely get to 4000 rpms.
Now today when I left for work I took it easy and did not go WOT. and with not doing that the car remained peppy and had plenty of low end passing power on the highway.
This video was from yesterday and the car it floored and that's all I'm getting out of it.

So I took it to the dealership. They offered a free diagnostic and it is in fact the turbo control valve. They quoted me around 350 for it ha. So I plan on doing it myself. Already ordered the part now if anyone can tell me where the valve is located that would be great.
This might help...
IPD TCV install in S40/V50
You get access to the TCV through the right front fender well. Remove the liner and go in that way. Its a bit of a knuckle buster.
