anyone know location of coolant temperature sensor on 2005 s40 t5 turbo. this car is a nightmare that doesn,t end

 

Are you sure it's the coolant temp sensor that's the issue? On the 1.9L engines the thermostat going bad would give the bad temp sensor error code. A simple and cheap fix with the t-stat, not so much with the sensor.

On the 1.9L engine the CTS is on the t-stat housing. Anyone know the location on the 2.5L T5 engine?
