Guys, My 2001 S-40 W/ 125,000 miles feels like it has a vacuum leak.. It will not shift until the RPM's are higher than normal , the turbo does not kick in ,and the car has very low power..... Is the turbo vacuum controlled?? Am I looking for a vacuum leak???? Thanks

 

Check all the intercooler hoses. Also there is a smaller one from the intercooler to the motor.
