Hello family

I drive a volvo S40, 2.4L petrol, 2004, Automatic.

My car makes a terrible vibrating sound every time i engage reverse. the problem used to occur in the morning when the car is not warmed enough or when it parked for long. Nowadays it happens every time i reverse

 

Check your mounts. I had an exhaust rattle that did this also around the subframe mount shield.
