Hallo all, need your help , Urgently

My Volvo S40, 2.0 - 1996

the petrol run off and the car stopped, I fill 4 liter petrol again and try to wind up engine again, but nothin I done this for three time and then just nothing, no sound from engine nothing I can not wind up engine.

I check the battery but it is ok - what you recommend and what will be the problem? I am not in the city and can not move car into service box.

please help
