Unhappy volvo s40 2.0D gear shifter
i own a volvo s40 2007 2.0D and a few days ago i think i broke something with the gear shifter while trying to loosen it
it now just spins
no clue how to fix it or what i broke any ideas ?

see if this helps. some older models the **** presses on with a clip and a groove. This suggests the newer ones are a little different (but again, not screwed on)

sadly didnt work the whole shifter and the metal stick turns and its like it wont lock itself
