Default 02 2.4T cam and crank seals

Back in April I was driving my 2002 2.4T S60 (~140k miles) when out of nowhere i get the no oil pressure notification on my dash and immediately pull over. I look under the car and theres oil everywhere. No weird sounds, no overheating, squealing, nothing. I had the car towed back to my house where it has been siting since. I went the next day and bought a car (2013 ford fusion ecoboost..got a great deal on it) because I didn't have the time to fix the Volvo myself and figured the amount of money I was going to have to pay a shop wouldn't be worth it.
I have two young kids, go to school, and work full time so you can see why I had to find a new vehicle immediately. I listed the car on my local craigslist thinking that someone would pick it up for around $600, but no bites. Needed it towed from where it was but all the offers from salvage yards were $300 and I don't want to do that because I know the car can be fixed. After doing some research and FINALLY getting the time to actually look at the car I think I have found what the problem is - the cam seals. Now am in the final stages of planning to fix the car over the upcoming christmas break since i'll be free or two weeks.

I am new to the whole forum posting thing and figured I'd make an account and post here because I have gotten a lot of information but haven't seen a comprehensive post that includes all I plan on doing. You guys/gals have done all of this stuff and have the knowledge i seek.

In my research I found that the cause of a lot of the cam or crank shaft seal failures is due to the PCV system becoming clogged and pressure builds up causing seals to fail. Therefore I will be replacing the PCV system, and cam seals. I also figured since I will have everything apart I will change the timing belt, timing tensioner and pulley, crank seals, oil pump gaskets, serpentine belt and tensioner, intake manifold gasket. I have included my cart of parts on FCP euro.. I'm trying to save money where I can.. like ordering some of the parts through advance auto (I have an insider discount haha) so I haven't purchased anything yet.

If someone could look over my stuff and tell me if I'm on the right track I would greatly appreciate it!!
