I have a 02 s60 with MCC, and it blows cool luke warm air at best with heat ***** turned all the way up. It seems to be a little warmer if you turn it to the top on the windshield. The temp ***** seems to get colder when you turn them down, and warmer when you turn them up but not hot at all.


I flushed radiator, and heater core very good, both hoses get hot, replaced thermostat.


Is there a way to recalibrate the heat control?

 

Does one side blow a different temp than the other?

Check the blend door solenoids to make sure it is moving based on adjusting the temp. Pretty common issue in auto climate control systems.
