Default 04 S60 R

That's right fellas, my new Volvo will be a 2004 S60 R, is this the proper forum or is there a specific forum for just the R models? I'll post some pics ASAP.

I'm looking into the IPD Softloader, probably start off with a stage I upgrade. Then I'll move into the exhaust/down pipe/CAI area and from there I'll grab the stage 2 upgrade, the beauty of the IPD softloader is you can monitor and diagnose for yourself, ans all you do is plug it in, no more sending the car or ECU off to IPD they simply send you the file for your loader. I've already done some really light modding with the resonator being taken off and purchasing a K&N Filter. Basically I'll go with the core performance parts and then the eye candy will come later when the wife permits.

I do plan to get Blue tinting for the windows to go with the Nordkap interior, as well I will probably switch it over to a Fully synthetic oil after I flush it with ARX.

I would be wary of the K&N filter because the oil in the filter has been know to damage the MAF sensor which is $300 plus. Just a bit of a heads up.

Is that a common problem with K&N? Or is it when someone cleans it up and then applies to much recharge oil?
