Hey there,

I just purchased a 2004 S60 2OT with 59K miles last Friday. The car is beautiful and has a sunroof. I live in Charlotte, NC and the roads are not the best. It seems that the car has a lot of road noise. Is this the norm for this model? I took it to Pep Boys yesterday for an inspection and they said that the tires looked fine, etc.

I bought a '02 S60 T5 about 6 months ago and also live in Charlotte. I too seem to get a lot of road noise, at least more than my Acura TL-S. I'm also getting some other "noises" from the front end so I plan on getting under there for inspection in the next couple of days. Just an FYI, Greg Coles at University Volvo is a friend of mine and if I can't figure out what's up I'll be going to see him. I know that this probably doesn't help but at least you're not alone.
