05' S60 2.5T wobble/vibration problems
I have an 05' S60 2.5T FWD(?) I bought over the weekend and upon testing its speed limits, I was unable to complete the test because of a severe wobble past 60~75 MPH. All of the tires are the same type (BF Goodrich Touring) and all are at 32psi. Could it be that the tires are too skinny for that rate of speed? or is it that theres something wrong with an axle? I really would like to know asap.
Thanks

only sound. id have to test it again, but it sounds like what my explorer did, kind of like if one of the tires was not aligned all the way and wobbling back and forth but i couldnt see it

It was both of the rear tires. They became scalloped and needed replacing. I did the cheap route and picked up 2 tires on the cheap, but soon ill be grabbing some of these:
Riken Raptor - 215/55R16 STDW BW - All Season Tire - Automotive - Tires & Wheels - Tires - Car Tires
are they worth it?
