My rear passenger side door speaker is blown. I took off the door and got to the speaker but my problem is I don't know how to take the speaker out to replace it. If someone could help, it would be great. And where could i get a cheap replacement speaker? THANKS TO EVERYONE IN ADVANCE!!

 

The speaker should be held in place with rivets (stupid, I agree). You will want to drill the center of each with the smallest drill bit that works; you don't want to increase the size of the hole.

The cheapest replacements will probably be ebay. No sense in spending a fortune on Volvo stuff. The speaker size will either be 6.5" or 6.75". Not 100% on that.
