2002 S60 2.4t **fuel door locked**

2002 S60 2.4t **fuel door locked**
I have an '02 S60 which seems to have more and more problems that are harder and harder to keep up with and I dont have the money for...
I went to put gas in the car, and the fuel door release button doesn't unlock the fuel door. I thought it was frozen, went through a car wash, still no dice. Next day, still wont open. I dont hear anything clicking when I push the release button.. is this part of another system, my car does have electrical issues in the cold weather. S60s are TERRIBLE cars for winter.

Turns out it could be the fuel door lock actuator, which you can access through the trunk side panel. I bought the part on Ebay, hopefully that solves it. Will update when it arrives.
