I just recently purchased this 2003 S60 and am going over the car. I have noticed after driving for awhile when I turn off the car I hear a pulsating electric "on - off". I have located the part where this is coming from but need some help identifying what it is and what needs done to fix it. I have included a picture - it is the piece with the orange connector attached along with a video of it making the noise. It appears the previous owner put some tie wraps around to part to keep it together.
