I am new to Volvo,s and I live a long way from a dealership, would a S60 R with 60,000 miles make a good daily driver for me? or should i stick with the S60 or S40 T , base?

My R's been great to me, had a few little things here and there not and I
Needed a new radiator and power steering pump at about 45k miles.

 

These are great, very drivable cars, but as far as daily drivers.....ehh. Maintence and repair on these things will clean out your wallet. But I guess it really depends on how far your commute is.

 

Hi folks...first posting here..I have had an 850 that I love and am giving it to my daughter, replacing it with a S 60 R being shipped from Virginia this week. it is super clean, with all Volvo services being performed by the one owner. I am paying an additional 850 dollars to have them put new plugs in it since the originals are still there, and als throw in a new water pump while they are doing that, and changing the timing belt and tensioner as a precaution. Should run perfectly for another 100K with this, but is there any other things I might consider replacing before it ships next week? Any ideas welcome.
