I am in dyer need of some help determining how to remove the exhaust manifold from my 2006 Volvo S 60 T5. I have everything else removed, My main goal is to take the head off and have rebuilt.

Not to sound like a broken record but VIDA is your friend. If you don't want to buy an older version from amazon or ebay you can join Volvos VIDA cult for 3 days and print off the manifold removal instructions right along with how to correctly reinstall the head, degree the cams, install the timing belt, etc etc etc. Removal of the manifold is probably the easier part of the task.

Save yourself some time and just unbolt it from the head, leaving the turbo and exhaust still connected. You can angle the head out with the rest still in place.
