2006 Volvo S60 Steering Wheel makes a fart or squeek sound then i turn it.

So when i turn/shake the wheel back and forth quickly or make a sharp turn (put the wheel all the way left or right) i hear a low pitched 'farting' kind of noise..

This only happends when i have the car in 'D' (Drive). When i put it in any other gear there is no sound. My power steering fluid level seems fine. What gives?

Thoughts?

Could be the rubber bellows where the steering shaft goes through the firewall - the rubber rubbing makes noise on some cars - a squirt of silicone spray is the fix.
