Default 2012 Volvo S60 high beams won’t turn off

I have a 2012 S60 and my high beams will not turn off. Both the headlights and high beams are on. When I try to disengage the high beams, they stay on. Could this have something to do with a relay or fuse? I’ve read that if the headlights go out, the high beams will stay on. There is no issues with my headlights though. I’m not sure what relay or fuse I should check if that could even be the issue?

do the lights turn on/off with the key? Most likely they are relay'd via the CEM which has its own fuse. I looked at the owners manual and there's no reference to a headlight specific fuse. The problem could be a sticking relay (dunno if there's one relay per side or not) or could be a failure in the multi-function stalk. Does anything happen when you wiggle the stalk, do the directionals still work etc?

Does the Blue High/Full Beam dash indicator track the Stalk inputs? Halogen or Adaptive HID? Sounds like data from a bi-directional diagnostic is needed. before pulling out the parts cannon.

Multi-function Stalk is forward past detent for high.full, back for Flash to Pass/disengage full beam. Correct?
