2013 T5 Incorrect Oil Capacity in Owners Manual
My 2013 owners manual shows the oil capacity of the 2013 T5 to be 7.6 quarts. After my first oil change the dealer said it was 5.8 quarts.
A quick email to Volvo corporate revealed this: "I apologize for the confusion. Our 2013 owners manual is incorrect your S60 has an oil capacity of 5.8 qts." For those of us that change our own oil, or use an indy shop, this is critical. My indy shop says AllData shows 5.8 quarts, but everyone should confirm.
Also, the 2014 owners manual shows the capacity of the T5 to be 5.8 quarts and it has the same engine code as the 2013 T5.
