2015.5 S60 Shifter Knob Stuck In

2015.5 S60 Shifter **** Stuck In
The **** is stuck flat against the shifter. I can engage all the gears, but need to fix this. The face of the shifter is cracked also. Maybe should just replace the entire thing. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
