I got this weird issue on my S60 volvo. I left credit card on the top of cup box cover and while i was driving it slided instead and disappeared. I open the top section but its not inside. Now i don't know how to get that card out of my cup holder compartment and biggest concern it will it end up some where in engine parts and mess up my car. Please advise if anyone encountered such weird issue. TIA

 

I have a 2019 V60 with the same console. Rest assured that it won't get into the engine compartment and hurt anything.

It is likely stuck under the console between the carpet and the dashboard. The only real way to get it out will be to remove that interior trim, which is doable but probably annoying. As long as the little sliding door works fine, it's probably easier to report the card as lost and get a replacement from the credit card company.
