I hear Mintex are the maker of the Volvo OEM pads, which as you know are very good. I will be going with the Mintex for my replacement pads.

I hear Mintex are the maker of the Volvo OEM pads,
They used to be made by Dan Block. But they may have changed or started using alternate OEM sources.

IIRC the Mintex pads used to be marketed as PBR which used to Repco. Those are really good brake pads- but I would recommend the "M" not the "D" compound.

I been using Mintex brake pads for years... It has a silver metallic formulation that gives the brakes a distinctly different feel while eliminating brake squeal and dust... But as for the rotors, I previously installed a powerslot rotors... Because it has an average 20-percent larger surface area and can reduce a vehicle's stopping distance by up to 33 percent. These oversized rotors also increase brake torque for reduced pedal effort and have a greater thermal capacity that extends performance during continuous hard braking. Venting and drilling was a key consideration in the engineering process of the rotors and ensures maximum heat dissipation for reliable, consistent braking. As far as I can remember utilization of CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum rotor hats diminishes the rotors tendency to cup under extreme prolonged use and reduces the overall weight of the rotor when compared to cast versions... By the way, I would second the recommendation of the M compound for the pads... Good luck!!!
