Just purchased a 200o S60 20T -

Not sure if this is normal or not but in reverse especially when cold the car shudders or seems to hesitate only under the slightest revs more so under load. the other thing i notices was a light clicking noise from the right front wheel as you accellerate in D or reverse, trans shifts perfectly and car is 69km's reg service etc... any help appreciated

Does it have all software upgrades done?

 

looking thru service history its had atleast 2 software upgrades - not sure what they are for, the last one would have been 2005.

 

Maybe it is time for another one.

 

does this happen after the car is warmed up? or only at first

 

after driving the car for a while now the problem has effectivily vanished? I cant make it do it all all now, perhaps teh car hadnt been used much and was just a bit rough in reverse but its cleared up with some regular use
