where do I buy them? Are there bolt on kits made?

1. You can buy them anywhere. Performance shop in town or online... Just type in Blow Off Valve.

2. There really isn't any specific one for Volvo. Other than the FORGE that is for the 1995-1997 850's and 1998 70 series models.

While this one will work for you too, you will just have to mount it differently.

3. You can mount these to your charge pipe that goes over the engine. That is if it is ALUMINUM you will need someone that can weld aluminum. If it isn't aluminum then you'll have to get a T-adapter and cut your upper intercooler turbo hose insert the T-adapter and use hose clamps or T-bolt clamps to secure each side tight & then attach the BOV to the top part and run your vacuum line.

4. Stay away from TurboXS they are known to leak and I should know I owned one and got rid of it.

*These are two good BOV's.

5. If your automatic the BOV will only go off when you let off the gas. You'll run RICH for the split second the BOV goes off. It will offer no performance for you what so ever. All you get is a sound. While cool it will wear off after awhile.
