Is it normal for the boost to spike at around 20 psi around shift? Stock its about 15 psi which makes me a happy camper. I'm just worried about the spike. It means the compressor bypass valve isn't doing the best of work. Is there a CBV upgrade?

Also, I took the foam "dress" off my air filter today. Is that cool? Anyone know the point of the foam?
