I have a 2022 B5 S60 and for the past week the On Call Service Required light comes on. I can hit the button on the steering wheel to get rid of it off of the dashboard, but every time I start the car the light comes back on. I've searched the internet and for the life of me cannot find out what exactly is the cause let alone how to fix it. Anyone here have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

 

Have you tried on-call? When I did to solve an app connection issue - A human answered and nicely guided me through what was needed. Pretty refreshing interaction actually.

 

I don't have an on-call subscription. Can I still call them?

I pushed the button and it told me I do not have a subscription and to contact my local retailer :shrugs:
