Default Cannot start 2008 s60

I am having trouble starting my s60. I put the key in and it only turns 1level and then seems to lock. Any suggestions before I have to tow to mechanic.

Try to wiggle the steering wheel and see if key would go to position II then start.
There is a TSB on this issue so call dealer, give your VIN no. and ask if car is still covered by the recall.

Thanks for the advice. I have tried moving the steering wheel but still no results. Do you have more details on the tsb.

Try to move the trans selector in and out of park. Also, recalls are free at the dealer, warranty or not.
