well I took out my ccm to install a new radio, everything went fine and it's been good for a few weeks now.
took out the ccm (note I've never unplugged it) thinking about replacing the back lights with led's took one out and for some reason it instantly blew so ok great need a new light. gave up on the led's and just got a replacement light installed it and it worked for like a day now none of the lights work in my ccm there's an led in it here and there that work like in the fan speed control and the auto climate control button but none of the halogen lights work what's wrong and how do I fix it
all the bulbs are good still but my multi meter won't read out any voltage but it haven't worked right for years (I also tested the WORKING headlight control panel and got no voltage so I know it's not the car it's my multi meter)

so I'm going to buy a new meter but what could have gone wrong I check all the fuses ....ALL of them =[ and everything is good so what do I do now?

 

ok so it seems im getting 12 volts on each contact for each bulb which must be wrong cus there has to be a +12 and a (-)
so is there a short what can this be?
