My check engine light came on this morning. I had it checked at Autozone and it came back with;

DTC Code - P0422
Main Catalyst
Below Threshold
(Bank 1)

I called the dealer and he said it was nothing to worry about it's caused by using low octane fuel, he said just reset it.

Is this true or is it something else that I should worry about in the future?

If it was cleared see if it comes back if it does. Clear one more time and then if it comes back again you will need New Injectors.
