My 2001 Volvo s60 2.4 non turbo runs fine for a while but eventually starts with a humming sorta whistle sound (sounds like its coming from the throttle body possibly) then will start idling bad(from 1000 down to 600 back and forth) also have the check engine light on. The code reads evac leak small. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need an inspection sticker.
