This problem has become more and more common lately for me and now it occurs almost every time I start my car.

First the clock will start counting backwards slowly. Then quickly. It'll stop at some random point. Right as the starts, the warning light on the instrument panel will blink 3-4 times.

Any one got any ideas? I checked for codes and got nothing unusual.

BTW the car is a 2003 S60 2.4T
