Run away very fast.
I would not consider any 1999-2002 Volvo S60, S70 or V70. The '01 S60 and V70 are the worst of the bunch. If you do get sucked in the bottomless pitat least budget for a new transmission of anywere from 3-5K.

 

I just checked the wholesale or trade in value for a '01 S60 2.4 no turbo, auto+leather+sunroof with 117,000 miles.
I think this will tell you all you need to know.
Low $789.00 - High $4089.00
These cars are worth more if you part them out.
