Welcome. 210 plus tax for the fog light kit is not bad. Check online for the tranny fluid. If you can't find the Mobil then I would go with the Volvo brand, more expensive but you know what you're getting. Can't help you with the noise.

thx for the reply, I think i'll buy the fog light from the dealer but i don't know how to stall the light, should i let the dealer do it. the noise was from low power steering fluid. I fill it up with the dealer fluid. but some time when i turn the noise still there but a lot less. Maybe i'll drive to Buffalo to buy the mobile 3309. does walmart or Kmart have it in the state.

If you're adding foglights because your car didn't come equipped with them, then yes, have the dealer put them in. It will require a software download to activate the switch (dealer-only). As far as the fluid, your best bet may be to search online for a nearby mobil distributor.None of the auto stores I've been to carried it. If you are in a bind, Toyota sells a fluid that is 3309 and you can get it at the service/parts department much cheaper than genuine Volvo fluid. But I would only do that if you have trouble finding the mobil stuff.

Go to the local Toyota dealer for the transmission fluid. Ask them for Toyota T4 atf fluid, at about $6-$7 a liter. This fluidis J3309 spec. Your Volvo has a Japanese Aisin Warner (Toyota)transmission.
Volvo $20.00 a liter fluid does not have any magical qualities and is not even synthetic at that price, regardless of what some people might think or the dealer tells you. Just check the MSDS sheets and you will see it is regular liquid dinosaur remnants.

The Mobil 3309 is branded Esso in Canada. You might be able to find it.
