Hi I have 2013 Volvo s60 T5, engine light blinks twice says slow down or shift up I just changed the five spark plugs and the five coil packs it's doing the same thing after I scanned it cylinder 2 misfires anyone help

 

So you are still seeing a P0302 after changing plugs and coils (I hope you didn't replace all five coils trying to solve this problem...). What I'd do next is a compression test (google for your year/engine model to look for service bulletins related to oil consumption and ring/piston issues common to some S60s), then I'd consider swapping adjacent injectors. Also inspect the coil and injector wiring harnesses for possible cracked connectors.
