How difficult is it to remove and replace the front bumper? I only have basic tools. My experience level working on cars is maybe a 3 out of 10.

I think there are rivets that need to be removed...what kind of rivets are they? Are they metal or plastic? Would I need a special tool to replace the rivets?

The reason I need to remove the front bumper is so that I can replace the headlight wiper motor on my 2002 Volvo S60.
