front bumper removal

Hey guys im new here and i just wanted to know if anybody knows how to remove the front bumper in a 1998 S70. I just got some train horns and need to take the bumper off to get them in. Thanks in advance.

Remove the 4 rivets in each wheel well to the bumper.
Then from underneath remove the 2 screws going straight up through the bumper and it will slide off.

thanks. But what is the easiest way to remove the rivets and what supplies would i need. could i reuse the rivets or would i have to get new ones? thanks

You will need to get new ones.
Either you will need to drill them out or if they are the aluminum rivets with the plastic on them you can use wire cutters and cut them off.
