Does anyone have detailed step by step instructions for removal of the front bumper cover on a 2001 S40? My son smashed his up and I have ordered a replacement. I also need to know how to remove the headlight wiper motors.

Those pesky concrete parking lot barriers have destroyed the lower bumper on my 2004 Volvo S40 (older body style) and I want to remove and replace myself. Does anyone have some instructions on how to remove the front bumper? It does not appear to be very intuitive. Thanks in advance
