Default Front bumper remove / reinstall

I need to replace one of the brackets which holds the bumper in place.

Does anyone know how difficult it would be for me to remove the bumper, replace the bracket, and re-install the bumper? Is it a difficult task, or could an "amateur" like me do the job? It will save me some serious $$$ if I can do this myself. Are there any tricks/tips anyone can recommend?

I really appreciate any comments anyone may have.

Thanks

Jim

I've never looked, so this a shadetree mechanic guess. The one "X factor" I'd be concerned about as things could get very expensive in literally the blink of an eye
is to make 100% sure the airbag sensors were OFF so you don't trip the airbags
while either working on the bumper or worse when you hop in and restart the car.

I don't know how to shut off airbag sensors, but it can be done. And I'm not sure just
disconnecting the battery and making sure the ignition is in the "off" position does it.
I do know, however, that airbag replacement costs money. Lots of money.
